He says Giygas was going to kill everyone, but sources prove there's no conclusive evidence, and he was just passing by the community. I have heard about a video tape where a voice says Giygas was going to kill everyone in the osu! community, but this person's sources are unknown, and the statement is therefore not conclusive evidence of self-defense. The prosecutor wants the defendant in jail for life-time.

The prosecution tried to call BanchoBot to the stand, who was presumably the owner of the voice in the recording. This proved to be hopeless, though, as BanchoBot did not react.

May I remind you that this is a court of law, and you're the defendant? Nothing you say to your defense will be taken as fact unless you have some kind of proof. And even if he resurrects, you'd still be accused of murder, or at least attempt of murder. Finally, I like how you speak as if you're admitting you're guilty. Keep up the good work.

Isn't every user being blinded momentarily by Giygas proof enough? Based on the duration of the battle, I have come to conclude that every attack made by Giygas had a randomized effect, meaning that no one, not even Giygas, would know what would've happened every attack. Also, I seem to recall one of his attacks fatally wounding me! Luckily, an anonymous user revived me and I could continue with the battle. Unfortunately, I do not know the identity of the user. It was an intense battle and everything was happening so suddenly that I could only focus on Giygas. On an alternate note: Where is my DA?!

I suggest the prosecution calls a cooperative witness, I cannot approve or deny the testimony of the parties accused but we require testimony from another for the defense to cross examine.

Is there any other such person? bancho refused to cooperate and he is the only one with a testimony. with all the commotion i highly doubt law enforcement couldn't find anyone else who witnessed the event.

The queston at hand is, was giygas as hostile as the defense claims? or did Srank have another motive to kill him, or did Srank not commit the act altogether.

Prosecution, what action shall you take, We could watch the video although it is of questionable origin and cannot be accepted as decisive evidence untill it is confirmed by the police. or you can call a cooperative witness to give us a straight story for cross examination.

There's no proof of every user being blinded, or you being fatally wounded. Unless you can present evidence or a witness that proves you're correct, then your word is not good enough. Oh, and don't try to change your story, perjury is a serious crime.

My testimony doesn't seem to be convincing anyone. I am alone on this. I seem to be the only one who truly realized Giygas' true intentions as he was fooling everyone that he was just passing by. But the factors (recording and his attack)of his hostility are being ignored due to the fact that no one wants to listen/believe what I have to say. You are all apparently subconsiously blocking out the obvious facts that show that Giygas was intending to destroy us. Why? Because I'm not respected. We lack Decisive approved evidence to prove your claims true. Perhaps this video will sway the courtroom in your favor but due to its unconfirmed and questionable origins it cannot be used as decisive evidence.

It does indeed seem like you had accomplices, if the video is legit. The prosecution wants you to testify about them.

That testimony may be said and done defendant, but we still know nothing (I think so anyway) about this mysterious person who ressurected you. We may need a testimony on that.

As I recall, I was knocked unconsious by Giygas' third attack that we all know has a random effect on every individual. Even the blinding of everyone was completely coincidental. I was revived by an anonomys person and then continued with the battle. I have no affiliations with this anonomys person nor do I know the identity of him/her. I didn't even see who it was, so I'm not even sure if it was an osu user or even a person for that matter.for all we know, it could've been a spirit or some other being.
