I recommend that you delete all you notes before 39:68 and start the beatmap from there (where the lyrics begin). That way you won't have to use multiple timing sections. Also delete everything after 3:47:66 and end it there. There doesn't seem to be anything else that's worth mapping after that.

Resnap, Recalc, Recheck, Resubmit.

This beatmap is horrible. Not on sync what so ever! Please make a better one, cuz no one will get it right following the rhythm of this music. What a pain!

Yeah. Just remake it. Non of the beats are in sync with the music whatsoever. The first 3 I don't even know how they relate to the song. definitely not fun.
