and... just a one question. Is your osb file is necessary? If you don't have plan to make SB it is better to delete osb file.

00:08:009 (1) - Only a suggestion, but a silent end to the spinner can work as the hold on the lyrics end there as well.
01:17:747 (1,2,3) - The combo order didn't seem to make much sense trasnsition-wise. (3) can be the new combo and if you want to, (2) can also use a finish hitsound.

[Crimson Tears]

00:55:836 (1,2,3) - This is not very neat. Try to smooth out the line of the pattern more. (2) is touching (1) just a bit here.
00:59:544 (3) - Grid 4 can get this lined up with the end of slider (2).

[Fleeting Life]

Fffffff- that Approach Rate! :o
Still good though.

Mp3 bitrate is unrankable. Lower it to a maximum of 192kbps to a minimum of 128kbps. Remember to full submit after this fix.

[Difficulties]

[Silent World]

01:50:397 (1) - It would be much better to end this spinner on the same place of the other difficulties.

[Crimson Tears]

Disable the Letterbox during break and the Countdown like you did on the other difficulties.

[Fleeting Life]

00:07:209 (1,2) - Add a whistle on both begin of these sliders.

Have to pop due to the mp3 reason, sorry.
