- there's a soft-hitclap in the folder but it seems to be a blank file. Why would you use a blank soft hitclap?
- I suggest to add more hitsound, I suggest to use whistle on 00:25:530 (3) and similar but if you don't want to, please at least add more on kiai section a simple whistle will do justice. If you want to use costum hitsound then go ahead :3
- hmmm try increasing the volume in kiai section to 40% or 30%

00:55:905 (3) - maybe remove this or make it the same rhythm as 00:25:530 (3) ?
01:07:905 (2) - ^
01:15:030 (3) - NC this

00:48:030 (1) - the sudden rising pace startle me here, I guess I got caught of guard after the relaxing intro

01:10:248 (3,4,1) - this different rhythm stack is not very good imo, maybe unstacked 1?

Oh my, you have a slow map..~

Yeah.. this is a fairly long, slow map... so hmm..
Nothing wrong or anything here but... it's too plain.
There are no hitsounds, so you really want to add tho-- Oh..
Oh what. Well, I guess you didn-- What the...
Okay, I just downloaded your thing, and there's no custom hitsound here except the blank clap. But at least you have that.
You might be able to add some whistles here and there randomly, but I don't really feel like making suggestions atm ._. It's you map after all.
And aside from that, the map basically consists of either single circles, or single sliders. Mix up the conbinations more, give the sliders more reverses, or make some of them longer (2 beats... but only for some). A good place for 2 beat sliders is 00:18:030 (1,2,3,4,1,2).
You should probably increase the HP drain by a bit.
...Yeah... just try to keep the map as not-boring as possible, because that would be something to look out for.

[Midnight]:
Woo hoo more exciting!
00:00:030 (1,2,3,4) - These semi-curvy sliders look pretty ugly. You might as well make them smooth. Same goes for the rest of them in your map.
01:17:655 (3) - I see what you're trying to do here with these slow sliders, but in the end, I think they'll just get frustrating. Just make them normal sliders... Or 'fast' sliders.
01:36:030 - 02:00:030 - I can't help but think you could've done something better for this part. It feels like a slow section, but I can't think of anything more than making the hitsound volume fade out and in.... Sorry for making my mod post so... vague, but you've got a special map.
02:12:030 (7) - Plain ending ._. Make it a finish? Make it a silenced note? Maybe you should make this part a spinner? Do something... anything!!

...Err yeah... I usually don't make mods this vague, and I often offer suggestions, but I guess your map was just different. Don't get me wrong, it's really nice in its own way, but you just need to spice it up a bit. Hope this mod helped~

I'll shoot a star when this becomes less boring (mainly the easy diff)

I think it really needs another diff with 3~4 stars. While the easy is boring, the insane is a bit hard for standard players.
Also imo AR is too low on the insane and would be way better at 8 instead of 7.
Don't kudo this post of course.
Anyway you did a great job on such a boring but cool tune, have a star :3 I'll mod it more later maybe.

Uff, that was quite a hard task to apply all your mods.

Anyway,
- Full resubmit
- Added whistles to all diffs, finishes at the ends and kiai time there also
- Did all pentagon stuff
- Increased AR in Midnight by 1
- Fixed a bunch of things Kitsunemimi mentioned in Midnight

Alright.

Overall:
-The map is a bit slow, but in the early parts that's not your problem. "Dusk" could use some extra rhythm to it, the diff has low enough EVERYTHING to hold grace notes. I'll give examples in Easy modding.
-I would personally darken the red and blue hits a bit, to fit the scheme of the map. Your red is definitely not representative of night.
-You should include a third difficulty, even though you are not required to. If you don't want to make one personally, you can always request another player to make one, but of course this has difficulties of it's own. Still, your call, it's rankable with two diffs, so Moot point.saw the post in chamele's mod response
-No spinners. I get why, this would be a difficult map to add any to. Ignore that. I can't find any either.


Dusk:
All fine, but you can add parts to spice up the map without causing too much problem for the newbies.

*ALL SUGGESTIONS*
00:50:092 (X) - looks and sounds good if you stack it, can be repeated at 00:53:092 as well.
00:55:155 (X) - I would suggest adding a note here, possibly removing 00:56:655 (5) for the break.
00:56:092 (X) - Fits the drums, plays nicely, and will fit the pattern no matter how you leave it.
00:58:155 (X) - Possibly? Lots of drum here, would like to have something in the space.
01:02:655 (X) - Yes
01:05:655 (X) - Maybe
01:14:655 (X) - Yes, Possibly also at 01:13:155 (X) and 01:16:155 (2) (I recommend all of these)

As a matter of fact, a lot of the areas after 01:14:655 could use additions like these. Anytime you have long or repeating sliders, it it a good idea to follow those up with hits on the red / white tick directly after. This should solve your "Slow map" problems for good.

Otherwise, the map is fine.

Midnight:
HP drain - 1 minimum, IMO 2. Auto loses 1/3 of it's HP before even reaching the first fast section with 100% accuracy.

You use lots of jumps soon to follow, so without reducing the HP drain, many players will find a lot of trouble before even really getting into the map. This may discourage people from re-plays, and hurt your rating when they finally pass this "Sunofabish difficulty"

AR + 1 or 2. It works fine for me now, but the notes can be difficult to distinguish at times at it's current Approach Rate.

Otherwise, it's fine.

I'll start the map, possibly pending a KDst if you can fix Dusk up a bit.

I spiced up Dusk as much as I could..

  1. First thing to say is that this looks great, and I could find almost nothing :O. Great use of hitsounds!

  1. 18:030 (1)- With this time snappings, these kind of "jumps" aren't even noticeable, but I'd use the correct ds anyway... Iit would screw up the symmetry with the next (1), though :/
  2. 02:12:030 (T)- I suggest increasing the volume by ~10%, it seems way too low as it is :3

[Midnight]
  1. I suggest lowering the AR by 1 tick, it seems too fast for the slow slider velocity and it makes you feel like forced to hit (at least in the slow parts)
  2. 49:342 (1)- Woah that's a big jump there! I suggest decreasing the distance snapping.
That's all I could find. Sorry if it's too poor ;_;

Anyway the point is you did a great job, so you definitely have my star~~

I spent over an hour trying to fix that small spacing problem in Dusk and that jump in Midnight aaand I haven't succeed! >_< (this is ridiculous)
Probably I'll leave that as it is for now..
I don't want to increase the last notes' hitsound volume, becuase it stands out for my taste pretty a lot :x
AR is so questionable.. I had a low AR originally, but people asked me to increase it, now you ask me to return it back xD
Let it be as it is because in the fast part the map looks just messy with all those approaching circles ~_~
