Not going to get into adjusting the timing itself, but switch the offset to 1137 for the sake of the metronome.

Insane:

01:04:415 (8,9) - We don't do jumps like this. If you must, put a new combo on 5 and 9 to seperate them. Also, I find the switch from the straight to heavily curved stream pattern uncalled for. Stick to one for both in this segment I'd say.
01:22:820 (1,1,2) - Are you sure you don't want to at least incorporate sliders here? It's too drastic a switch in difficulty and style otherwise. A boring and unsettling switch indeed.
01:46:649 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - Failed symmetry. Ctrl+H, victory.
01:55:586 (5,6,7) - The massive spacing shift here is just uncalled for. That's it.
02:17:288 - Oh no, unreadable spacing shift due to lack of ticks! Make a storyboard or something if you want, I don't know.
02:51:330 (1,1,2) - Are you sure you don't want to at least incorporate sliders here?
02:58:139 (1,2,3,4) - I don't like how cramped these are all of a sudden especially when you consider the lack of the pattern at the previous section. It fails to build momentum for me.

They aren't building momentum - the momentum would be killed by the angular change anyway. But since I used progressive spacing the first time, I need to use progressive spacing here as well.

The background is very colorful, why not use something like orange to replace combo color 1?
The beginning part before the first break sounds very late to me. Might want to check the timing again

I don't like the use of new combo spacing in this difficulty. It just doesn't fit this normal.

I highly recommend NOT using Circle Size 6. You should use Circle Size 5 or 4.

Nothing really here, the hp drain is perfect and the spacing is good.
You used more than 3 slider speeds but blended it well so I don't care.

I don't like the use of new combo spacing in this difficulty. It just doesn't fit this normal. I needed to make something consistent with Insane, so I used the same tricks. I just didn't use as drastic spacing changes as in Insane. I did hesitate about it though, so I asked a new player I know, and he didn't have problems playing it, so I assumed it was fine.

00:28:351 (1) - Was expecting the normal finish here. After all, all other finishes in the chorus are normal finishes.
01:04:947 (1) - [nazi] Spacing. Sorry, it really stood out.

But the idea is that there are two parts in the lyrics (like dodododo dadadada) so I wanted the stream to represent that. I've used that several times later in the map.

Couldn't find much more than stuff that is a matter of taste. Guess this is not worth any kd for modding an almost perfect mapset.

01:00:479 (3,1,2,3,4) - mini-anti-jump doesn't fit here imo (and looks weird)
flawless otherwise.
