Hi, first awesome game :) osu! is very well develloped :D

It is possible to add translation system on the game ?
I wish to translate in french !

The only thing about this is that most of the text is actually contained in sprites! As for the menu system though, this can definitely be translated. I'll add this to the request list - don't expect it TOO soon, but I'll keep it on my mind!
