But to tell you the truth, the silence in between sections sounds really bad, especially because the lead-in is off-beat. I'd recommend editing the mp3 so that when one section of the song ends, another starts.

EDIT:
Done, but when I use offset -20 , the first beat is deleted, how to avoid this?
Can someone please give me the right offsets?

Heh, while we're at it, maybe you could use something for a combobreak custom sound from here.

Easy
Wrongly snapped. Resnap and nudge so that they don't fall on yellow ticks.

Normal
00:40:62 (2,3,4) - Try to place these away from the fading slider path. Miight be optional because by that point you've heard the tune so many times, you can probably click those anyway, but move them if you don't mind.

Insane
00:00:96 (2,3) - Unsnapped? Nudge them to next red and white tick, respectively. In fact...looking over this, it seems more beats are unsnapped, like 00:13:75 (2,3,1,2) later, so better resnap all three difficulties
00:05:09 (1) - 1/2 longer.
00:09:70 (7) - Is that meant to be 1/4 later?
00:33:11 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - See similar comment in Normal. A bit more optional here because it's Insane, but I don't think hiding stuff under sliders is a very good idea in general.
00:41:28 (1) - 1/4 longer.
00:40:37 (3) - Place either 1/4 backward or 1/4 forward, adjust spacing accordingly.

All difficulties
- Since the first syllable of the ...lyrics?...is cut off, you have put the first hitcircle a bit later than it should be. Since it transpires that a better version of the audio does not exist, you could try adding a little silence at the beginning of the track so that there will be some timeline to place the beat in. That's different from lead-in in that the silence needs to be part of the audio file, rather than inserted before it. This will, of course, change the offsets. Make sure you note how much silence is added and adjust accordingly.
- Like I said above, remember to resnap everything, since there seems to be a fair amount of unsnapped stuff.

Some might say that 00:18:12 (1) and 00:36:03 (1) in Insane could be 1/2 longer, but I think they work rhythmically as they are right now too, making a couple with the song's note half a beat later. Nothing else to note, so bubbling.
