This map can use a lot of work, both in polish and creativity. I really want to see this work out, however, as this song is awesome.

Your beat patterns are very boring. You throw in a lot of long sliders and spinners, when you could be placing beats that not only are visually appealing, but fit better with the song as well. I am posting an example of what you can be doing with beat patterns. I also suggest mapping with Distance Snap on, you can toggle it on the right side of the editor.

To change your timing go to the timing tab and click on Timing Setup Panel. From there you can change timing points as necessary. Just input the new BPMs and Offsets. You will need to add the last 3 points.

I like it much better now. There's still a little bit of repetition but it's not that bad. Your spacing looks pretty good for the most part as well.

On another note, do you mind if I do my own difficulty for this? This song is insanely fun to map.

Awesome, here is my difficulty! Make sure to change the creator of the map to your name instead of mine.
I fixed it so you don't have to deal with that.

Also I think the second timing point is better at 161.02/6,732.

I also request that you capitalize Star. When you do so make sure to full submit the map, standard submission will break things.

I would change Normal so that it's a bit easier. Raise the circle size and overall difficulty. I suggest removing more notes also, right now it's very similar in difficulty to Hard.

Only a few tiny spacing issues in Hard:
00:16:60 (7) - Not sure if this was intentional. I like it, but some people may prefer that you move it further from (6).
00:32:07 (2) - The end of the slider is a little too far away from (3).
01:36:16 (2) - Same as above.

And I just finish all the difficulty, a little change on hard and reduce notes on normal

He means you should change "YUI - Rolling star" to "YUI - Rolling Star".

01:32:80 (6) - This slider might confuse people. And it looks funky.. But that's just what i think, see what other Mods think before changing it.
00:36:91 (9,10) - That is evil..

Other then that, it seems fine.

Easy
01:57:95 (1) - Apparently, Your not allowed Sliders with the ends Touching (Peppy). I'd change this..

Normal
00:29:09 (1,2) - I would've mistaken these 1 beat apart beats.. Make 2 further away from 1.

Hard is Fine

Easy:
No spacing issues, but there is a problem- the sliders just seem too fast for an easy difficulty. You can fix this by half-ing the BPM, but you are gonna need to redo all spacing and fix up sliders, your choice really.

Normal:
no problems..

Dawn's Star:
No problems here, nice work Dawn :D

Hard:
again..no problems >_>

Think about the minor gripe on easy..and this should be a bubble :3

Easy:
01:15:11 (1) - I don't like this sequence, or especially the similar one after it. It matches the vocals but really just throws the pattern off.

Normal:
00:31:88 (1) - Confusing sequence here; make the slider start on white.
01:21:07 (1) - Here the first time is fine, but this one still just doesn't fit at all.

Hard:
00:21:88 (6) - Goes with the song, turns out sounding awkward in the beatmap.
00:31:88 (1) - Spacing issue.
00:43:62 (12) - I see what you're trying to do, but this isn't how to do it.
01:47:70 (12) - See above.
01:53:67 (7) - See above.

Dawn's Star:
01:01:50 (11) - Why is this slider so small? :< Make it like the others. BIG AND STRONG.
01:04:30 (5) - This one... I might forgive.
02:21:80 (3) - Spacing is whoa. In a counterintuitive and therefore bad way.

Easy:
01:15:11 (1,2,3) - cancel these notes
01:21:07 (1,2,3) - cancel too

Normal:
00:31:88 (1) - change the slider and follow the lyric
01:21:07 (1) - I can't find out the problems, I don't know how to do that (help~)

Hard:
00:21:07 (4) - replace with notes here
00:21:88 (6) - replace with slider here
00:31:88 (1) - fixed
00:43:62 (12) - change slider here with 1/4 beat
01:34:67 (9) - same as above
01:47:70 (12) - same as above
01:53:67 (7) - same as above
