---------------
Just got my eyes on osu! at Wednesday and I just had to make a Transort Tycoon beatmap. It's running quickly so you might have to try several times.
Since it's my first beatmap I might've done it badly, but it looked nice when I completed it.
Oh, since I'm new and this beatmap is hard I might've also made the difficulty settings too hard/easy, so please be nice to me ;)

Might do more later on if I'm in the mood ;D

Update: Fixed (probably) all things with the Insane difficulty and completely remade the Normal difficulty. Well... you can''t get it completely right on your fist attempt.

BPM 428 OMG

You should halve that into 216, and adjust slider speed accordingly.

I like it! Though normal is a bit odd. As was said in IRC, maybe you should remake it from scratch; especially if you aren't happy with it.

As for insane, a few spacing errors:
00:06:28 (1,2) - Manual stack? o_o
00:06:84 (3) - Spacing (too close)
00:08:10 (4) - Spacing (too close)
00:09:50 (4) - Spacing (too far)
00:10:76 (1,2,3) - Spacing; This entire combo is a bit weird. 2 is too far off from 1, and 3 is too close to 2.
00:12:58 (4) - Spacing (too close)
00:13:56 (3) - Spacing (slider start is too far, slider end is too close)
00:14:27 (4) - Spacing (too far from both 3 and 5)
00:15:25 (1,2,3) - Spacing; same weird combo -- 2 is too far off from 1, and 3 is too close to 2
00:17:07 (4) - Spacing (too close)
00:17:49 (1,2,3) - Spacing; same weird combo -- 2 is too far off from 1, and 3 is too close to 2 (and 3's slider end is too close to 1 from the next combo)
00:20:01 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This combo doesn't follow the average distance spacing for the entire song. Technically, they should be further apart than the ones from before because they occur at different times (two whites apart as opposed to one white apart)
00:27:02 (3) - Spacing (too close)
00:30:95 (2) - Spacing (too close to the slider end of 1 in that same combo, and is also too far away from 1 of the next combo)
00:31:51 (2) - Spacing (too far from slider end of 1, too close to 3)
00:35:99 (2) - Spacing (too close to slider end of 1)
00:37:12 (6) - Spacing (slider end too close to next combo; may cause confusion)
00:40:48 (1) - Spacing (too close)
00:42:16 (1) - Spacing (too close)
00:43:70 (4) - Spacing (too close)
00:46:65 (8) - Spacing (too far)
00:47:49 (1) - Spacing (too close)
00:48:19 (3) - Spacing (too close)
00:48:61 (4) - Spacing (too close)
00:49:17 (1,2,3,4) - Spacing (1,2,3 too close, 4 is too far from 3's slider end)
00:51:13 (1) - Spacing (too close)
00:52:68 (4) - Spacing (too close to 3, too far from 5)
00:54:78 (1,2) - Spacing; just shift these beats down a bit to match the rest of the notes' spacing in that combo
00:56:74 (2) - Spacing (too close)
00:57:58 (4) - Spacing (too close)
00:58:14 (1) - Spacing (slider start is too far away from 2 (which is the end position))
00:58:99 (3) - Spacing (too close)
01:00:39 (1,2,3,4) - Spacing (doesn't match average distance spacing)
01:03:19 (1,2,3) - Spacing (doesn't match average distance spacing)
01:04:59 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Spacing; shift 3,4 closer to 1,2 to match average distance spacing, and shift 5 closer to 3,4's new position to match average distance spacing; 6 should be further apart than 5, and 7 further apart than 6 (timeline)
01:07:12 (1,2,3,4,5) - Spacing (doesn't match average distance spacing)
01:09:08 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Spacing; 3,4,5 too far apart from each other and 2; 7 is too close to 6
01:13:00 (4) - Spacing (too far from slider end of 3)
01:13:56 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) Spacing (doesn't match average distance spacing)
01:16:51 (1,2,3) Spacing (doesn't match average distance spacing)

It may seem like a lot, but they're mostly 1 second spacing fixes.

how was that for a first mod

Bumping from its death! This map is great and so is the song, so I can't let this one get wasted.

Okay, first things first, I've only looked at insane because I think normal still have a long way to go (I think I mentioned this too you, but it feels like a dumbed down version of insane, but in the wrong way. Ask me if you don't understand).

Offset: 6254ms
Okay, now I can get 300s.

Overall Difficulty down 1 tick
Now this feels better!

Slider Velocity to 0.8
I highly recommend doing this, then extending each slider (this will take a bit but will be worth it) as they are currently very sluggish... like a coal train from 1940 with 45% reliability. It just feels wrong in comparison to your distance spacing.

Apart from this I have no problems with your layout and patterns.

Deserves a star.

One thing that kind've scares me is it seems your timing sections have no sampleset selected. You should go into the timing panel and reselect "Soft" from the audio section.

Not sure how this happened, but its causing weird effects on sliders.

Hard is feeling a lot better. I'm still not sure about Normal - it really feels like hard with some beats missing still.

Normal:
00:08:49 - feels like there should be a beat here i think
00:10:73 - "
00:12:98 - " (you get the idea, right?)
01:12:28 (1) - feels out of time
01:17:74 (1) - not sure this is needed

Hard:
00:37:65 (1) - try and bring this back onto the playfield a bit more :P
01:13:02 (4,5) - snap these?
01:17:74 (1) - again, not sure its needed. maybe move it back a bit to replace the last note

this is getting there. feeling a lot better to play.
