Spinner RPM Issues

For some reason, whenever I spin, it goes at a relatively low speed. Around 273rpm.

I usually get a 600 to 900rpm, sometimes even 1000. I'm trying to complete a song but this is just irritating, can someone please help? I'm sick of it.

^His post was made 2 hours before that update, so that isn't the issue (I remember it was the 413 update, because before, there was a lot of warning messages being triggered).

Well the new spinner RPM calculation makes my spinners go down from ~700 to ~300 rpm....So I'm guessing it's the same thing?
