Great job for your first map! Haven't looked at the timing yet, will edit that in later.
As for the mapping itself, spacing looks good. Patterns are repeated a bit, some more variety wouldn't hurt.
My only real complaint is for your combo colors, two consecutive combos have the same/very similar color, so changing that would be necessary.
I would like the circle size for Easy to be a bit bigger, but that's just personal opinion.
Otherwise good job!
Timing: Offset is just a tad early, 8,295 seems to work better.
