[Easy]: The distance between 02:39:914 and 02:40:882 should be bigger than the one between 02:39:189 and 02:39:914. Other than that, the spacing is fine.

[Normal]: The beat spacing is messed up at a lot of places, an obvious example is the difference between 02:55:155 to 02:55:397 and 02:56:122 to 02:56:364. Look for things like these and redo those parts. Also, the star on 02:35:318 looks weird, but that's a minor complaint.

The timing seems fine to me, but the BPM would probably be more correct if it's set to 124.
Finally, the sound file sounds kind of weird at the beginning, but you don't have to fix that if you don't want to.
