Hey BD, answering your request.
You asked insane only, but I'll give others a quick look as well.
We already spoke kinda, about the insane, and I don't think it's something really difficult, so you shouldn't worry about that at all.

[General]:
  1. This played much better with adding +10ms while playing for me. Maybe check the offset with a known timer just to be sure?
[Insane]:
  1. 00:07:525 (4,1) - This is the only spot in the map which I actually missed completely when playing for the first time. I don't think it's really necessary for them to be this apart, you could rotate the slider 4 a bit and make the circle 1 closer to it (also rotate the slider after the circle as well then, to make it more symmetrical with the slider 4). Sure it adds difficulty, but it doesn't feel nice and you could say it's not really intuitive.
  2. 00:25:025 (3) - While I didn't really have problems with this note, I bet people could have. Because of the position, it's kinda hard to notice the note 00:25:400 (3). If possible you should reposition the note a little, if not, I guess you can leave it as it, only a suggestion.
  3. 00:33:025 (1,2) - Why not move the sliders a little so they look better? Something like this comes to mind.
  4. 00:34:525 (3) - You should probably make this a jump as well, it would fit the music and make the map more consistent. You created a jump between 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, while the music sounds the same at the spot between 2 and 3 as those other spots. Something like this comes to mind, if you care about blanketing (although you probably won't really notice it because of high AR, which I lowered to take this picture).
  5. 00:44:275 (4) - You could place a finish at the start of the slider (it's in the music as well).
  6. 01:32:275 (5) - ^
  7. 01:38:275 (7) - ^
  8. There are no spinners on the map, and the map is relatively easy to SS (well, depends I guess, but I don't think it's too hard to SS this), this could make the scoreboard too static. Best would be to add a spinner, could place a 5% volume spinner at 01:41:400 - 01:42:775.
[Zel's Hard]:
  1. 00:08:650 - Seeing as you mapped (and hitsounded) the percussion after this spot strictly to the music, maybe add a note with a finish here as well? Just so you have a complete percussion set heh.
  2. 00:21:025 (1) - Could add a finish at the start, it's in the music. It would also make it more consistent because in the next section you did place a finish on a part which is a repeat of an already played music section. (00:33:025 (1))
[Normal]:
  1. 01:01:525 (2,3,4) - These are fine, but I don't like them. To me this looks like bad planning. Don't take me wrong, it's totally okay to do this, but why would you want to end in such a corner? It doesn't look nice, atleast to me. Considering the circle 1 in the combo I didn't highlight here is not on a position that's symmetrical with the end of the slider 00:58:525 (3), I don't think you really have a reason to map 2, 3 and 4 to the right going down. This is purely a cosmetic opinion and suggestion, you can just discard it if you don't care.
  2. 01:03:025 (4) - Considering you placed a finish in Insane at this spot, it would be a good idea to place it here as well. It's in the music too.
  3. 01:21:025 (1) - Finish at the start of the slider, instead of at the whole slider (which isn't audible).
  4. Also no spinners on the map, well I guess it's not a huge deal in a normal, since people will most likely try to 4mod this, but you could place one just like I suggested in insane, just to have a spinner heh.
[Easy]:
  1. 01:03:025 (5) - Should probably place a finish here, just like you did in the Insane. I can see that you tried to make up your own hitsound patterns in this diff to make it more interesting, but even in that case, you should place a finish here, sounds really good.
  2. Same thing about the spinnurs.

You could say the mapping is kinda weird, which isn't necessarily a bad thing! The song is very catchy as well. Star from me.

There I was, with my friend at the computer. She was trying osu! when there was a sliderend stack on Easy. It was deeply upsetting for both of us because she was confused by it. The end.

You get to near the end of the book when the author puts four new chapters in a row, and you're like, "Hold on a second, there wasn't any content in any of those chapters!" and maybe you don't like the book as much.

00:43:525 (1) - I'd rather you map through this spinner (and the spinners like it) with circles and sliders. It seems a bit uncreative and slightly disorienting.
00:55:150 (1,2,3,4) - I disagree with this pattern for a few reasons. You don't use 4 1/3s in a row anywhere else in the map, so it breaks a bit of consistency. Also, it's not spaced like the other 1/3s.
01:39:025 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) - I think it would make more sense if this pattern had (1,2,3,1,2,3) made into two sliders, and then (1,2) made into (1,2,3,4). If that doesn't make sense you can look at these screenshots:

By the way, this difficulty seemed just a touch harder than I'd expect for [Hard]. Maybe you could tone it down just a hair or two.

For 160 BPM 1/3, I don't think this needs AR9 to be readable. 8 seems to fit it better and makes it more playable. At least consider it, for me.

The only part I agreed with on the mod for my diff was the difficulty name part.

Can you change it to "Zelos' Hard" please BD?
