I noticed that in the editor the time bar has this format:
minutes : seconds : centiseconds
I think that milliseconds are better if you have to set multiple sections.

Hit ctrl-p to make a new section at your current location. This is handy for timing sections.

You can also see milliseconds if you hit F2 and look top-left of the gamefield.

This isn't a bad suggestion though.
