This is my first time modding.. So.. Here goes..

BPM and Offset seems alright..
I'm no BPM Wiz.. So.. wait until someone else comes..
Beatspacing is quite inconsistent though..
{00:29:80} [Combo] - This whole combo has pretty wacked up beatspacing.. [1,2] are too far apart, and [4,5] are too close.. [5,6] are too close
{00:37:30} [Combo] - Beatspacing is wacked up here as well.. [1,2] are too close.. [2,3] are too far, [4,5] is too far.. [12,13] are too close.
{00:46:30} [1-3] - [1,2] Too far.. and [2,3] too close
{01:00,17} [1-3,5-6] - [1-3] Move the 2 up so that it is next to 1 and 3.. or a bit lower the next to 1.. if you want.. [5,6] too close.
{01:11:42} [6,7] - [6,7] too close
{01:15:92} [Combo] - [2-3] [5-6] [6-7] are too close.. Move it out abit..
{01:23:80} [Late Combo] - [7-8] too close [9-10] Move 9 so that it is abit closer then it right now.. [10-11] too close [16-17] too close..
{01:34:30} [Combo] - [5,6] too close.. [7-12] woah.. this reminds me of Loginer's Smooth Criminal.. [7,8] too close.. [10-12] too close.. all three of them.. [16,17] too close, [20,21] move 21 just a bit away from 20.. makes the spacing even.. [21,22] too close [24,25] too close.. [25,26] move 26 just abit away from 25.. makes the spacing even..
Try to break up the above combo.. It goes up to 27.. make it 2 seperate combos..
Also.. the next combo is also abit large.. break that one up as well..
{01:45:55} [Combo] - [4,5] move 5 abit to the left.. Makes Spacing Even.. [5,6] too close.. [17,18] abit close.. move 17 a tad bit away from 18.. [21-23] Move them apart.. makes spacing even..
{01:57:92} [Combo] - [1,2] is abit close.. [2,3] abit close..
Assuming this is your first map.. you did a pretty good job.. Add a few breaks in there as well..
