my second song. the hard verson is basically the whole lyrics, so it should beno problem if you know how to singthe song.

That's closer to the right timing. I would also disable the countdown.

From looking at both difficulties, most are the beats are way off. Once you do the 4 R's with the new timing, go over it and make sure the beats are where you want them. Use 1/4 snap divisor.

There were some places too where beats were not spaced properly, such as 00:54:74 (3,4,5,6,7,8) on hard. You need to turn on distance snap and use that every time you map something in order to guarantee that your map is correctly spaced. Here's an example of both good and bad spacing.
