Sorry I haven't done full research into seeing exactly how it happens, but I'm pretty sure.
I've found that when unpausing using the escape button, the orange "Click here to continue" Button doesn't appear. I'm not sure if the game needs to be paused with the esc. button AND unpaused with it, or just unpaused with it.
Also, it seems that sometimes when unpausing a map with video, the video does not unpause (Only happens when unpaused with the orange "Click here to continue" button)
