Help with "Game Pack" achievments

I donwloaded the packs listed in the "Achievments" section but I don't seem to get the achievement...

Can somebody tell me what I'm missing?

You have to play and get a C or better on each map.

btw it's at least one difficulty for each song, not every single difficulty.

Playing the maps individually is fine. The packs are just there to make it easier to grab everything at once.

Can you play the game packs songs in any game mode or does it have to be the standard mode to get the achievements?
Sorry just a bit confused, and I have finished all the songs in one pack on CtB... so I was wondering...
