Well then. Read chapters 2 & 6 in this, download the program shown here to find accurate BPM counts (NEVER EVER USE THE TAPPING if you want good timing), and ALWAYS do your first upload to the Beatmap Help forums.

uhh....no
BPM Analysers are good to get an APPROXIMATE BPM, they aren't always accurate...In fact, the tapping thing is much more accurate if you use it properly
