Your MP3 filename uses unsupported characters. Please rename the MP3 using english characters and full submit. Don't forget to re-link the MP3 to the osu's.

So I renamed the mp3 file to english but now I can't edit/play the beatmap... any help?

Open the .osu with notepad, under [General], Audio Filename, replace with your new mp3 name.

I got this for timing:

133 BPM/945 Offset
133.02/127,232

There are spacing errors throughout both difficulties. I suggest that you also run back through the notes with Distance Snap locked (on the right side of the editor).

I had a quick run through each difficulties and arranged some beats that sounded off to me, I'll check again later, I've uploaded the changed version for now.
