The mp3 filename is in Japanese, and osu! currently doesn't support filenames in languages other than English (iirc). OP, if you ever get back to this, change the filename manually (and in each of the .osu files) and then do a full resubmission.

Also, put WhiteFlame as Source instead of in the artist.
