If you change the background color of the beatmap, test it, and then immediately exit, the color will revert back to its bluish default. o_O

Can't replicate. Are you checking further than 00:00:00 in the song? Because the background colour fades in over about 500ms.

Hmm... Right after the beatmapping contest, it stopped doing this. I know I scrolled further down the song every time I did it before, and it didn't save. But now it's working. 
I'll see if I can replicate it again. Maybe it was a problem with my .osu file earlier. =/

i think this happens when you change the current difficulty name or just tweak anything in song setup menu (F4)
