As asked by Jen, i tried to create something for the last part of easy ^^ :

Cyclone
Using grid level 3 for all of this.

Hard:

00:38:87 (7) - I suggest moving this 1 grid to the left
00:43:40 (5) - Move the Slider end down 1 grid.
01:00:88 (4) - 2 grids to the left

Easy

00:38:87 (5) - I suggest this a bit closer, perhaps 2 grids down.

Normal:

Ending should play with the 5/8(?) time signature at the end. Something i came up with was:
01:09:73 (1) - 1/2 long repeating slider(a single repeat arrow)
01:10:38 (2) - Circle
01:11:03 (3) - Circle
01:11:46 (4) - Circle
Repeat as many times as needed.

EDIT: This should also be moved to pending.

Checked again, upon Jen's request.

- Easy:
00:38:87 (5) - i was thinking about this for a while, and now i think you hould move this a little more closer (nazi)
00:46:21 (2) - move this to the right (fix spacing) and fix 3 (slider) also.
01:06:28 (1,2) - place them a little better (1 farther from the slider before and eventually fix 2)

- Normal:
00:19:66 (11) - is too closer to 10
00:25:27 (11) - same (nazi again)
00:38:87 (5) - same as easy
00:46:21 (2) - same as easy
00:49:66 (1,2,3) - why not making them triangle shaped (moving 2 to the left)? I think it has better spacing.
00:53:11 (2) - ^ but moving 2 down this time
00:57:21 (5) - 2 squares up
01:06:28 (1,2) - same as easy
01:19:23 (1) - farther from 6.

- Hard:
from 0:02:733 to 0:14:521 why not add whistles following higher piano notes? (just a suggestion, though)
00:26:57 (14,15,16,17,18) - move them down to fix spacing between 13 and 14
00:53:11 (2) - same as easy and normal
00:57:21 (5) - same as normal
01:06:28 (1,2) - same as easy and normal

The beatspacing is very inconsistent. In the first combo, there are 6 squares between 1 - 2, 1 square between 3 - 4 and 2 squares between 4 - 5 - 6. In the combos between 00:28:29 and 00:40:383, the amount of space between 4 and 1 equals the space between the other notes, even though the distance between them in the timeline is two beats instead of one. There's a whole bunch of issues like these in all three difficulties.

I'd recommend you to move pretty much every note in the map with distance snap on until you've fixed all or most problems like these.

Very nice, very close, STOP! Nazi time.

[Easy]
The hitcircle size is pretty large, and that makes slider placement a bit of a tricky issue. There's quite a handful of overlap issues that, while not entirely incorrect, often look ugly or sloppy. If you can, reshape the sliders so they don't cross overtop upcoming notes. One example: 01:04:12 (3,1).
00:45:34 (1,2,3) - beatspacing inconsistency.

[Normal]
While there are obvious differences, the layout of Normal feels very similar to that of Easy...it sort of feels like playing the same map, but with more notes. Even if you want to keep the same basic time placement, try mixing up the specific patterns, reshaping the sliders, etc.
That being said, beatspacing is better in this map. Nothing jumped out at me from a once-over.

[Hard]
Same issue as normal, really.

So, to reiterate, a few sloppy overlaps, one beatspacing inconsistency, and a lack of variety between difficulties. If I were to only look at [Hard], though, I'd say it was pretty damn good.

00:49:01 (1,2) - Will throw people off.. Move 2 to the left or something so that spacing is consistent.
00:52:46 (1,2) - Will throw people off.. Move 2 to up/down or something so that spacing is consistent.
00:56:57 (4) - Move this down abit.
01:06:93 (2) - Spaced inconsistently.

Normal
00:42:75 (4) - Maybe move this to the right abit.
00:46:21 (2) - Spaced abit close to 1 imo.

Hard
00:42:75 (4) - Maybe move this to the right abit.
00:56:57 (4) - Move this down abit.
The last 12904218 beat stream.. The "corner" beats aren't spaced consistently.. Yeah.. Grid disagrees with me.. but it's the truth..

Looking nice? All three difficulties look abit similar.. Maybe change it abit (Flip/Rotate)
