When I used 142.4 BPM and 1803 offset, the notes at 1:01:739 to 1:30:602 snap at the blue ticks. is that supposed to be correct? :?

However, the rest of the notes snap nicely.

A lot of notes snap at blue ticks. For the most part, the notes shouldn't be on blue ticks. Just listen to the song and find the sync.

Blah... My BPM's good for most of the song, but it still feels off. I'm gonna want a 2nd opinion on this one before I do anything else with it.
