Slight change to timing:
130.01 BPM/14,082 Offset

You do have a few issues with spacing, but it isn't terrible. Much of it can be considered passable due to the difficulty. What mainly needs to be fixed is spacing the notes too close together when they are actually quite far apart on the timeline. I can give you more detailed suggestions later.
