I have to say this is very impressive for your first map. Most people don't bother to delve into skinning/storyboarding aspects for their first try. You did and I must say you did it well.

Your timing is a bit off, here's what I have:
121.827 BPM/8,322 Offset

As for the map, there are a few spacing issues here and there. Slider art is impressive, I love it. I do wish there was some more variety in the map, right now you have a lot of copy and pasting going on. I'm sure you can come up with some new and interesting patterns to really spice up this map.
