i can`t download songs when i play online i have treid to download it again but it willl not work. know why

Please be more specific and clear... Did you add the maps to the songs folder in osu!'s program files or drag-and-dropped them into the osu! window? If you drag-and-dropped, did you make sure to drop the WHOLE .zip file (not each individual file in the map)?
I bet he's talking about osu!direct.
I'm guessing he's talking about Multiplayer.
