First off, your BPM is perfect. Your offset, though, should be more like 7,358. You're putting your first beat where the song actually has its second beat, and even then the offset's a bit late.
This map is in theory well-madel, but plays out as quite boring a lot of the time, like there's no real connection between the beats and the song other than the fact that they're in time.
Use distance snap! It's a great way to ensure that your map plays smoothly. For example:
00:26:32 (2,3,4,1,2,3) - these
00:39:48 (1,2) - and these
have the same spacing but radically different timing.
01:53:03 (1,1,1) - Slider overlap is generally frowned upon.
And the song ends just in the middle. If you weren't planning to, I'd suggest adding more. You don't have to map the whole song, just make it end at a natural break in the song.
