In the top right-corner of IE7, Firefox, and I believe Safari is a quick-search box that enables you to use various search engines, such as Google, Wikipedia, and anything else that supports it. I was wondering - could osu! have a similar functionality for searching the beatmap list?

The idea is for a browser-based search, Metroid

If anyone knows how to write scripts for Firefox plugins, sure that's a possibility but I think you'd be best off either bookmarking the search page or writing a browser-inspecific applet

oh Like a plugin I'd LOVE to have that. :>

Pretty Cool Idea, but I think the one who would create it will not be related to peppy directly.
That, would be the only plug-In I would use.

Firefox: Save the attached file, change the extention to .xml, and put it in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins.
