Those are called 'jumps'. I kinda like them in the map.

Good map! Everything is pretty much perfect. I have a few adjustments to suggest though to get it 100%

Offset: Update: nevermind, I have to remember I can't help anyone with offsets if I'm working on a machine where it's own offset varies between +/- 20ms during a single session on osu! (stupid on-board audio). But I am convinced (generally) your offset is a tad bit early. Try something in the vicinity of 590-600 (best estimate I can give).

Please snap your notes, they all seem to *nudge* slightly in the timeline when I did this, so somehow they've gotten off track, though *very* slightly (and do it before listening to my super special awesome offset, because it *does* make a difference).

[Normal] I find it to be totally perfect, good stuff! ;)

[Hard]
01:46:25 (4) - Check this note. I expected it to come a beat sooner (on a red tick), if you intentionally wanted it to be hit a bit "late" then it is fine. The spacing you have used here further suggested you meant it to come a beat sooner. (And the fact you have a note on that red-tick in Normal). You would have to move it on screen if you decide to keep it on the blue tick.

A bit of modding:

[Hard]
00:33:596 (4) - Grid snap the end point of this slider, making the last "slider point line" perfectly vertical, keeping length of course.
00:48:971 (3,4,5,6) - Perhaps move these a little to the right without grid snap to align (3) better with end circle of (2).
00:57:971 (2) - Perhaps move the end point of this slider a little down without grid snap and left so it corresponds better with the horizontal alignment of (3).
01:00:211 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Moving these a little to the left without grid snap so the middle between (3) and (4) is on the Y-axis looks better.
01:18:596 (9) - Moving the end point a little up / up-right without grid snap aligns it better horizontally with next combo, black.
01:30:596 (10) - Could you move the second last (or fourth point) of this slider 3 grids up? It aligns it better with next grey combo vertically.
01:42:971 (3) - Moving the end point here to the right very slightly without grid snap aligns it a little better with (4) vertically.

00:15:221 (1) - Moving this 2 grids to the right looks better, adding a 1 "tick" nudge to the right without grid snap after moving 2 grids looks good as well.
00:45:033 (9,10) - Move 2 grids up, to align (9) better with (7,8).

01:04:721 (11) - Same as above but 2-3 "ticks".

02:07:346 (3) - Nudging this about 3 "ticks" to the left would look good here to align better with (2).

00:40:72 (1,2,3,4,5) - Isn't this kinda Finish overkill? Seems kinda random, too. In fact, most of these Finishes are just overkill and random. There are such long periods of no hit sounds, then boom, Finish rape.
01:33:60 (1) - Could seriously use a Finish.
01:38:66 (10) - This part would sound so good if you moved this 1/2 beat earlier, then put a note on the two white ticks after it, with the last one being stacked on top of the next combo. Sweet flow, right?

Also, I bet almost every Finish would sound better as a Whistle or something that isn't an obnoxious Finish... I have some sound files of nails on chalkboards if you'd like something less irritating. Oh, and you already know that I like bigger circles.
