Alright here we go.
Step 1: Change the offset to 5,250, leave BPM as it is. Seems to work significantly better
Step 2: Spacing. Your spacing on this map is, for lack of a better word, terrible. Your note timing is pretty good, and difficulty is about right, but you need to follow beatspacing conventions. More information concerning beatspacing can be found
here. Use the advice illustrated there, and play through some of the more recently ranked maps in order to get a feel for what good spacing consists of. Notes should fall in a logical path relative to the timing of one another, and be easily followed without having to pay TOO much attention to the approach circles.
Step 3: Resnap your notes, rearrange the spacing, and reupload.
