Looks like something is either
a) wrong with one of the beatmaps in your Song folder. try renaming the songs folder and running again to see if it helps.
b) wrong with your local osu! database. try deleting (or renaming) osu!.db and running osu! again.

Please try in that order and tell me which fixes your problem.
