When I try to update osu! with the Updater, it gets to "Patching osu.dll_patch1...(please be patient)" than sends up the standard Windows "Updater has encountered a problem and needs to close" thing. There seems to be no sign of life from the Updater itself.
Also, I uninstalled the previous version and installed with the setup from the site, but that doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. Every time I start osu!, I get the message that there is a new version of osu! available (even though the options screen says it's already at the most recent version), but running the Updater fails.
So, yeah. Any idea what's going on?
