I'm making a Hard now. Should be done soon enough. I'm making a Hard because Insane is Insane.

Normal:

00:11:45 (1,2,3,4) - Shift 2 and 3 1/4 beat forward in the timeline. Decrease length of 3 by 1/4. Distance snap everything.
00:22:53 (5) - Change this to a beat. Sounds weird as a slider.
00:23:03 (1) - Finish sound, not clap.
00:24:63 (1) - Shift forward 1/4 beat.
00:37:01 (1,2,3,4) - See 00:11:45 (1,2,3,4)
00:49:79 (1,2,3,4) - And again.

Hard:

I would probably tone this down a bit more. With the exception of the beginning, it's pretty much the same as Insane.

Insane:

No problems. Glad to hear Cyc can FC it. :)

00:45:99 (1) - Only gripe i have, spacing is misleading. Try not to use the "New combo = new spacing" rule all the time

I guess you're referring to the first part with all the 1/4s?

Go to Edit mode and slow the song down (all the way down to 25% if necessary) and you'll see that I mapped to a set of 'beeps' that just so happened to be constant 1/4s. I'll admit that it's not exactly clear on 100% speed... just like some parts in some other maps.

Since it's pretty much technically correct and it was proven FCable, and had two other difficulties (three in all, I had to make a Hard, sad to say), it got ranked...

...Despite how much it reeks.

As for Cyclone robothanding it... I was like, "WHAT?" He FC'd it with 1 100 so fast... I think in less than 10 minutes after it got ranked. WHY?!?!?!? Then again, he did play it before it got ranked, but eh.

EDIT: And next time, I'm going to actually LISTEN to the song before I decided to map it. :P

how can you possibly map a song without paying close attention to how it sounds and what it follows in-play

I did do that. I said I'd map this song, then I listened to it, then I got the mp3, listened to that a bit, then mapped.

That's what I meant when I said I decided to map it before listening to it. I hadn't listened to it in forever, so I forgot what it sounded like. :P
