I'll move it to help after this post. Kind of interesting hitcircles you got there...the hollow center's a different approach to the usual riff-raff. Anyhow, the current timing is totally obscure.

BPM: 74.950
Offset: 26415

That should help you resnap the song more accurately.

Also since you only use the first half of the song, you could get away with cutting the second half off completely.
