Got BPM help from Zatoichi, added hard difficulty, more like hard/insane. fixed normal, added background. I think it is ready for pending.

12/1/2009: editing spacing on both difficulties.
13/1/2009: edited spacing in the first 30 seconds, deleted two beats.

About spacing, is there some guidelines/criteria I most follow? because there are some crazy/inconsistent spacing in some ranked beatmaps out there.
