i think easy is good and TV size is good but normal the hit markers are too smal and the beats are too hard to me a normal and hard are is like insane. but it is your first i understand. so you should just make normal an hard easier and then i think they are very good beat maps.

I've never failed Normal when I tested my beatmap, so I don't think it's an especially difficult map. I understand if hard is a bit difficult, but I wouldn't change the difficulty level of Normal mode.
