It's kinda ironic. The song talks about a boy that met a goddess and thus end up becoming a flower.
It was around August, 2016 for me. I had just moved to my new house and still didn't have internet. However I could still play osu! but I was a really bad mapper back then. I then found this song somehow and downloaded it on my phone and then pluged it into my PC. Yeah, the song was incredibly long but it felt really emotional and the amount of free time I had made me realise I could finish this quickly.
This song marked "my blooming" as a mapper hence my attachment.
With this remap I hope to make you feel similar to how I felt back then. I consider my old map as my personal masterpiece so this map wont surpass it.
Back to 2016 I had nothing. I knew no one and no one knew me. When I mapped Calendula everything started blooming up. It was the trigger, the motivation. If I hadn't mapped this song back then in 2016 I'm sure I wouldn't be the same person I am nowadays. I wouldn't have met all of those people, I wouldn't have had the resolution to go and find discord servers and actually meet people, because that map was the first one that I thought "man this looks nice"
