Like I said, I guess the BPM doesn't need the .02, make it .00
And only ONE timing section for the beginning, plz ;D

Hard:
00:48:72 (4,5,6,7,8,9) - Some of the circles here aren't placed to the grid, what can look pretty ugly in a stack. Nothing big, just a suggestion.
01:47:67 (8) - OOH, a burai slider

I don't like them and this one also is veeery distracting when playing.
02:31:09 (1) - Just stack it to (6)'s end :O
03:10:16 (7) - Sounds better 1/4 earlier
03:43:64 (1) - Nothing wrong, but please put a timing section here and use soft sample set for the last spinner only, because the Normal sound at its end sounds wayyyy to out of place.

Awesome map otherwise!

So, I got everything fixed except the burai slider (never even knew burai used those kinds of sliders ;\). Maybe I should get a second opinion before changing.

So, all I need to do is put some whistles/finishes, and make a Normal difficulty! Maybe a tiny storyboard for practice, and I'm done!~~I can probably finish this when winter break starts, which is... *looks at watch, mental math* 42 hours and 39 minutes! =D~~ I procrastinate a lot.

I use Grid Lvl3
[Normal]
00:24:48 (4,5) - 1 Grid to the left
00:51:51 (1) - 2 Grids to the left
01:59:54 (1,2,3,4,5) - 2 Grids to the right (I know it will be disaligned with the next combo, but they will be stacked, so it doesn't matters)
02:58:67 (10) - 1 Grid down

[Hard]
00:30:41 (7,8,9,10) - not stacked properly
00:44:89 (3) - eeh, 1 Grid to the right, and 1 down
00:56:05 (3) - For this too, except of course reversed. eeh, 1 Grid left and 1 up.
01:16:46 (4) - Clap goes here.
01:18:55 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - with all of these, you should make the hitsound identical from before. Tried it, and sounds better.
01:47:68 (8) - Is this thing rankable? Anyway, I don't like it.
02:27:27 (1,2,3) - You should make these overlap the same way as before.Like if you moved the (1) 2 Grids right, but with all notes.
02:32:85 (1,2,3) - ^
02:50:47 (3,4) - eeh, looks ugly. Maybe 1 grid to the right.
02:56:05 (3,4) - ^
02:56:05 (3,4) - separate each spinner by 1/4 more so they start on 1/2.

02:19:60 - Inherit Timing Section Plz
02:20:29 - Inherit Timing Section Plz
03:09:48 - wtf with all of these timing sections, you should use only one. eeeh, and I don't like the silent section.

That's what I didn't change. Dunno. Want a second/third opinion. >.>
Ooh, BGs? I haven't found a BG yet, and the video I saw looks ugly imo.

02:33:90 (5) - Same as above.

Make sure to inherit all your sections.
