I dont know what to put here, but a bit of "helpful" words.
Do you really think a bunch of dancing guys will magically make your game work? Doesn't work that easily in this world.
Please give us any indication as to what is the problem.
My only thought is that you need .NET Framework. But other than that, unless you give more of a specific error, or what caused this, we can't use magic on your computer.
This is what happens when I try to think straight at 2 AM. That's pretty much all I know, though. I double-click on the shortcut or the exe file, then it gives me that message.
