Holy mother of illogical spacing and stupid spinners, Batman.
First off, your spacing is absolute garbage. I know it's "insane," but you need to realize that you can't have jumps like that in the same combo, or jumps like that at all. Going from the top to the bottom of the grid in 3/4s of a beat is not just hard but highly stupid and illogical.
Second off, you need to map the rest of the song and add more difficulties.
Third, those spinners aren't allowed. We don't allow WiW-esque spinners.
Fourth, be less repetitive with your patterns. It really looks like you just copy-pasted the map without doing anything to vary the map afterwards.
You can do better, read the FAQ and don't make stupid decisions like those next time.
