Ok, i tried, but i'm a mapping dummy, and i REALLY want this map to be ranked one day, so if someone could help me with the bpm, and maybe offset if that's wrong, that would be great.

on the bpm i can't really help you because this song seems to need multiple timing sections (i wanted to map it some time ago, but couldn't get the timing down).

Also put the inherit previous timing sections flag on when you use sections for sound sample changes.
