I don't know about the timing or offset, it seems good to me.

Scary:

Lower the HP drain.
8.8% Make a new combo somewhere in the middle of this. 18 is too long for this difficulty and the amount of time passed.

Terrifying:

21.4% This is just my opinion, but you should change that slider to stay on the blue combo. You didn't use single combos anywhere else.
78.2% A hit circle should be here, right?
