Um, I can't test it at the moment, but I'll look at it once I get home.

I noticed that the bpm is 60 though and that the song only has one note? There's also only one difficulty, and you need at least two before you should submit the song to Pending Beatmaps. Even without playing it, I doubt this is going to be any good...

I'll check back later. Try reading the FAQ before you submit next time though, make sure you meet the requirements.
