Doesn't work.

Rename your MP3 using *only* alphanumeric characters (0-9,_,A-Z,a-z), do not store it in a sub-folder below your song folder, and then do a full upload.

Oh, and when you rename the MP3, be sure to copy that name into your .osu file, or else it will still not work. I cannot find a facility in the editor to do this, so you *must* open your .osu in a Notepad to apply this change.
