theres alot of modding going on here so i'm not gonna beat a dead horse. This map is very playable.
Timing i got the best results with:
BPM: 147
Offsets: 844 , 6,552
These offsets are what i would have SS'd the map with if it didn't have spinners that are kinda short ;P

but i didt fix some of way you said↑
normal: maybe just recheck it , i think it isnt out of place now(i mean after foulcoon's timing check)

just -15 on by now i can't check offset myself because of terrible PC
and fix the boring part in Normal difficulty
