So, Uh... Since nobody is giving me any tips for my other beatmaps, I decided to submit this one. I got this one from another beatmap creator who went off and died or something (I dunno)
Anyway, since he decided to give up on this one I decided to take it in and make it better.
I made two new difficulties and fixed the BPM problem that this guy had.

UPDATE: Ok, so apparently dave's version was still there for some reason. I deleted them from my hard drive so maybe they'll be gone when I resubmit it this time. Oh yeah, and I made a few changes with the Hard mode so that it'll be a little bit harder and sound a little bit better.

UPDATE: I made the adjustments that Ruduen suggested except for the parts where it's clapping like on Easy and Normal mode where it's like "Lullaby for yooooooouuuuu-hooooooooo" and it has that clapping slider. That was kinda' intentional so that people who played it would get a better feel of the metrenome. But if other people have the same feelings that it's kinda' unnecessary then tell me and I'll remove it.

Update: Well, ok I'll try out some more of Ruduen's suggestions

Update 2/26: One beat was a little bit off distance wise.

Update 3/8: Not much change, changed some claps and then added one beat to the end because I realized that it was four piano notes at the end instead of one.

Update 3/16: A lot of changing to Normal Mode, and changed the maps according to Shinxyn's advice.

Pretty good from what I can see so far, but before I mod in depth..

I get two difficulties from a mapper named "dave" when I download it. Could you please fully resubmit your map withOUT those? Thanks :D

Did it work?
Ruduen
Hurrah, someone's doing the english version! Note that a lot of the post is nitpicking on hitsounds, and I'm not an expert on them, so if any of the suggestions seem really off, feel free to ignore.

Easy:
01:13:862: Probably should remove the whistle/clap through the slider, and just have the clap on the end note.
01:25:502: The 6 note is a little far away for the combo.
01:28:191: Same slider issue as above.
01:36:250: Feels like it could have another note here. This is a more debatable one for me, though.
01:39:832: Same as above.
01:43:638: Move it back 1/4 of a beat and lengthen it slightly to synchronize it with the music. I think the combo's far enough apart, and otherwise, it feels a little weird to wait until after you hear it to click.
01:51:474: As before, only have the finish on the last beat in the slider.
02:17:444: Might want to add a beat here and connect the combo, I can't really figure out why there should be silence here.
02:38:041: Probably should remove the whistle/clap through the slider, and just have the clap on the end note, as before.
02:44:310: Either put a note here, or lengthen the slider to end here.
02:54:161: Probably should remove the whistle/clap through the slider, and just have the clap on the end note, as before.
03:05:355: Is there any reason that the combo slips upwards on the 3? I can't really figure that out...
03:47:892: Might want to remove the whistle here.
04:02:221: Again, remove the clap except for at the very end.
04:17:668: Move the slider back here and lengthen to match the music.

Normal:
01:13:862: Probably should remove the whistle/clap through the slider, and just have the clap on the end note.
01:18:340: Either extend the slider here, or add a beat.
01:28:191: Again, whistle/clap/end.
01:32:668: Extend the slider or add a beat.
01:51:474: As before, only have the finish on the last beat in the slider.
02:11:624: Remove the new combo.
02:15:877: Can probably start the new combo here to match with the lyrics.
02:19:685: Same as above.
02:38:041: Remove the whistle.
02:39:832: Usual whistle/clap/end-note.
02:44:310: Lengthen/Add a beat.
02:54:161: Whistle/Clap/End.
02:58:638: Lengthen/Add.
03:17:444: Move the 2 further away.
03:47:892: Remove the whistle.
03:52:370: Lengthen the slider or add a note.
04:02:221: Whistle/Clap/End tweak.
04:06:698: Again, add a note or lengthen the slider.
04:25:504: Tweak the slider so the finish is only on the end.
04:32:444: Move the 2 here.
04:32:668: Move the start of the spinner here.

Hard:
00:49:683: Add a clap here.
00:56:847: Feels like it could use another beat/clap here.
01:13:862: I'd remove the claps throughout the combo and only have it at the end of the next combo.
01:28:191: Same as above.
02:27:295: Nudge the beat slightly closer so it matches the distance with the others.
02:39.832: Claps. Again, a bit too liberally used, save it for the end of the combo after.
02:54:161: Same as above.
03:06:027: Possibly shorten the slider to here.
03:12:071: Consider removing the claps here.
03:15:206: Remove the claps.
04:02:221: Again, no claps until the end beats of the next combo.
04:32:444: Move the 2 here.
04:32:668: Start the slider here, perhaps.

Still, on the whole, it was well done. Starred.

Made adjustments except for the clapping slider parts.
Oh yeah, and the endings were there are two notes. I feel that they're better suited when they're spaced out.

Ok, seriously guys I know that this isn't the hardest Beatmap in the world or anything like that, but if you guys help me and get this approved, then I can work on another beatmap that will be harder and more challenging than this. Come on, help me get this thing approved.

Also I had a question: How do you make it so that the beats don't make any sound? I was planning to make the notes not play anything at the end of the piano ending.

When I downloaded this, none of the diffs had a set Audio (Normal/Soft), so it had weird sounds, therefore, remember to set the audio (to soft, duh) and save before reuploading.

Easy-
00:41:62 (1) - the break after this is... off
01:23:71 (2,3,4,5,6) - use 1/4 to match vocal better
02:38:04 (1) - try not to have them overlap, and this slider kinda... long?
02:50:13 (2,3,4,5) - this part sounds bad, use 1/4 as well?
02:59:53 (1,2,3,4,5) - shape it better
03:05:80 (5) - move 1/4 back
03:08:04 (3) - align with (2)
03:55:95 (6) - move 1/4 back
03:59:53 (5) - ^
04:10:28 (7) - ^
04:13:86 (6) - ^
04:25:50 (4) - align with 3

The sliders in easy bore me.... so...much... oh well, its easy, I'll let it slide... and add more hitsounds to the places that have none, they sound really dull, and don't be afraid to add a few 1/4 notes.

Normal-
00:29:75 (2,3) - 1/4 back
00:41:62 (x) - fix break
01:24:38 (3,4,5,6) - move down a tick and move (6) down one more
01:27:51 (4) - align with 3
01:42:07 (4) - a bit closer than rest
01:45:88 (x) - add a note?
01:51:25 (2) - move 1/4 back and add note 1/4 to end
02:13:63 (4) - line it up with 3 or make a line with (5,6)
02:16:10 (x) - add a note?
02:29:89 (x) - ^
02:48:78 (8) - new combo
02:51:02 (12,13) - align it?
03:03:90 (2) - I don't see why you'd need this
03:11:84 (x) - add a note
03:17:44 (2,1) - move 1/4 back (then remember to extend spinner 1/4)
04:19:90 (x) - add a note
04:32:66 (2) - move 1/4 back
04:33:11 (1) - move 1/4 back twice and extend 1/4 twice

I let the boring sliders in easy slider, but not for Normal!! Curve it, split it... anything to fix those sliders! And add more hitsounds.

Hard-
Tick rate lower.. (I'd say 1)
00:22:36 (3) - down-left a tick, align with (2)
00:44:98 (4) - down a tick
00:56:40 (1) - add a beat after like you did 00:49:23 (1,2) then make 00:57:29 (2) a start of new combo
01:16:32 (9) - on purpose jump?
01:21:02 (4) - align with end of (3)
01:31:77 (3) - either move the (2) up a tick or move this down 2
01:34:89 (4,5) - align with (1,2) in same combo
01:42:07 (4) - farther away
01:49:23 (2) - move higher and closer
02:13:41 (3,4,5,6) - make the line straight or move (6) a tick up or down
02:15:65 (3,4) - spaced differently from (1,2), fix
02:21:69 (7) - down a tick
02:22:81 (2) - center it better
02:26:84 (10,11,1) - move closer to 9 so the line doesn't look off
02:29:75 (7) - I don't like the single clap at end, either add to (1) and make new combo or get rid of it
02:37:81 (1) - Jump?
02:46:10 (3,4) - straighten this
02:58:19 (4) - this makes it sound bad
04:10:84 (3) - up a tick
04:17:33 (5) - too close?
04:25:50 (10) - is this matching vocal, if so, move back 1/4
04:27:74 (3,4,5,6) - the finish makes this part louder than it needs to be
04:40:50 (4) - closer to (3)
04:54:49 (1,2,3,4) - NO BAD, if you wanna keep this, add a break or something that wont kill people at the end <_<

I wanted to nazi this :D . It's okay, but needs more hitsounds, too.

I don't like how Normal and Hard's score difference is so vast..... but that's not my concern.
Overall, you gain a star~! :D

Ok, I did what you told me to do and I upped Normal's difficulty by adding better sliders and stuff in it.

Although there is one thing that I disagree with you on, which is the ending on Hard. I really don't think anybody is actually gonna fail it, because I tried. I started out with close to full health at the second to last group of notes and then I missed all of the notes at the end, and I didn't fail. And besides, it's the Hard Beatmap.
