!faq cap formula different for subscribers?

I am a subscriber with 1 ranked map. Typing !faq cap into the chat gets me the formula:

2 + min (3, countOfRankedMaps)

So, I should have 3 maps available online at a time. However, I have 4 maps in Pending/Help right now, and the subscriber page lists 8 at the max for subscribers, not 5. Is the formula for subscribers:

3 + min (5, countOfRankedMaps)

by any chance? Or is there some sort of glitch that makes the system think I have 2 ranked maps?

..er, what? I know that. I mean, I currently have 4 maps, but by the formula given on !faq, I should only be allowed 3...
