This is the first time I've ever tried storyboarding/animating/anything related to those kind of things. What I did here is really simple (slideshow backgrounds), but I really liked how it turned out. There are some really skilled fan artists out there.

Anyway, this song is from Sonic Unleashed. Not much more to say besides that ^_^

00:31:68 (1,2,3) - Pretty small, but I noticed the spacing between the end of 1 and 2 is a little different than that between 2 and 3.
02:03:22 (3,4) - This screwed me up. I don't know how I managed to mess up, but possibly consider changing it so that 3 isn't overlapping the end of 4?
03:49:09 (1,2,3) - There were a few triple beats like this... I've always found something like this feels funny, maybe consider making them regular stacked or streaming triplets?

That's the most of what I noticed. The timing is a bit funny on this (especially Insane), although I didn't have any real troubles with playing it, and it was enjoyable, which I think is particularly important. I like both the mapping and the storyboarding. Very nice job with this.

I'm not sure of it, but you should try BPM=208.488 and offset=9,560.
Maybe it will be better.

Alright, changes have been made. I've pretty much made it custom to explain each point, so here goes:

Regarding An64fan's suggestions:
Hard
00:31:68 (1,2,3): Those were actually spaced via the snapper, though where the slider ended and where the (3) was placed was inconsistent with the grid. Shifted them to make it look better
02:03:22 (3,4): That was pretty much intened to slip you up, and I guess it did. For that reason, I decided not to change it, as I think it's allowable. Though if it prevents a ranking, then away it will go.
03:49:09 (1,2,3): I'm not quite sure what you mean here; placement or music sync? I'm fairly certain that I have the beats in sync with the syllables in the lyrics... :|

I do agree that the timing felt funny in a couple places, despite a couple trials and errors. Which leads me to Redfox's suggested timing:

I gave it a try, and it seems to flow a lot better than my last timing setup. It was fairly easy to resnap and put back together. So hurrah!

I can't find any really detectable errors; the only issue is the lack of a Normal difficulty, but again, that's more of a judgment call than a real problem.

Gotta love how some simple panning of still images makes the whole map seem a lot more lively. Well done.

The spacing should be okay since it was distance snapped and the timming looks fine. Also, great design and well put together 8-)

[Easy] - Seems fine to me as far I can see.

[Hard] - No errors spotted

[Insane] - Seems okay, just felt a bit overcomed by the fast stacks like
00:49:77 (1,2) but it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

*01:00:78 (1) - Just an FIY: I like my "sounds weird" comments with some clarification, and hopefully a suggestion. As such, I'm not sure what you mean here.
*01:36:32 (5) - Nah, the timing's on. I was placing (5) in the lyrics (...to the top I know) much like where slider (2) ends (...as I can go)
*01:56:61 (1) - Fixed
*02:27:62 (1) - Because it falls out of sync it it's on the white tick. I think the band just got ahead of itself here ^_^
*02:57:33 (5) - I think I fixed this...had to do eyeball it
*03:02:37 (1,2,3) - Ok? I was starting & ending the sliders where the guitar emphasized notes as it climbed the scale. Should (3) be longer?
*03:05:39 (5) - Done
*03:11:72 (1) - And done
*03:37:91 (6) - Another guitar emphasis attempt here. I need more to work with here to make improvements.

Ah, more than 3.5 minutes of playing. I think it's a little too long. :P As I'm rather short on time now, I'll post my suggestions for [Easy], I'm sure you'd be able to figure the other two difficulties, hmm?

Offset - 9565. Which will lead to some changes to your map listed below

23:738 (1) - Move to 23:666 and end your slider at 26:544
48:703 (3) - Extend to 49:279
54:459 (1) - Extend to 55:251
1:24:387 (2) - Extend to 1:24:963
1:33:452 (2) - Extend to 1:34:100

Can't argue with the new offset, so I changed that.

For the first edit, I moved the spinner to the suggested time, though ended it at 00:26:688 instead, as I think it correlates with the music better.

I also shifted the spinner at 54:459.

I might ask for you to explain the remaining suggestions though, as I'm not sure how they improve the map.

Well, I'm planning to go into full modding for your map later tonight.

1:54:223 (1,2,3,4,5) - This part seems off. Arrange them using the 1/6 snap divisor based on the lyrics

19:493 (4) - I like the effect this makes, but I feel it betrays what I was shooting for with the lyrics.
24:529 (1) - Methinks you're right. Notes added. Two other sections not mentioned received similar treatment

you should probably remove the (Bowling for Soup), makes the artist seem really long and is completely unnecessary.
