Timing is a bit off - try BPM=95, Offset = 32. You'll need to resnap notes afterwards, then check through the song to see if all notes snapped correctly.

Should work now. Did that, corrected some stuff. etc.
I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe you should make a harder version of it.

My only problem with hard is the fact that you used too much the 1/8 snap divisor. Try to make the whole song in 1/4 and in rare cases use the 1/8. Since you timed it correctly using 1/4 should be enough.

After analysing it some time. I came to this conclusion:
The BPM and offset weren't correct. =P
Check, this .osu and see the first half of it. The second half needs some adjusting because the BPM was changed. Tell me what you think of it.

Fixed somethings. Thanks for that man.
Something still feels a bit wrong. The beats follow the voice most of it, and they don't sing with the beat, so that's why most weren't on beat.

The only bad thing I see now is some of the beatspacing.
Like the parts like 1:20:76 where the notes are at the same distance but the time is different.
You should also check the lenght of your sliders, there are still at 1/8.
